I bought my 2023 Purple Reign Jeep from Concord Dodge at the end of September. I emailed them the next day about issues, and never heard back. When I finally drove back down there to express my concerns, I was completely blown off and pushed on to the Fairfield dealership. From the moment I stepped through the doors and told them that my tire was low almost every single time I got in it to drive, I had a major fluid leak, and cosmetic damage that was not disclosed when I bought it, they bent over backwards to help me. Sean, in the service department was amazing. He was able to take care of the repairs needed in a timely manner, and helped me figure out the things that would have cost me money even though Concord Dodge had to have known when they sold it to me. Also, he provided us with the ride to enterprise rental car since we don't have a back up car. Our Jeep was repaired successfully . Upon picking up our jeep, the check out person was very informative and we were very pleased with our repairs. Thank you so much.
