Fuzzy's Tire Center

Had my evaporator core replaced on my Mercedes in July of 2025 with 28k miles and paid over 3k for replacement at this location. Beginning of Nov 2025 ac is broke again after using heat 1 evening it would not cool again. I explained to the shop on Friday that I have a very sick daughter in the hospital and asked if I should rent a car, the shop assured me no. I took the car in Monday morning as told and was also told an answer on the ac issue would happen Monday after bringing it in. Called 2x Monday from the hospital and first time told to hang on and 2nd time no answer. My car was not even diagnosed as promised. My rental goes back on Tuesday and this shop seems to not care about customers that previously paid over 3k for a repair only to have the ac broken again after one use of heater.

Being a female it’s pretty intimidating to go to auto shops but I never felt that from Fuzzy’s. I’m a returning customer. Everyone from Pablo, Shawn and Derek have great customer service and all are very thorough. Service is quick and Derek knows his stuff. Thank you!

I had a slow leak decided to google for a tire shop that provided reasonable prices, great customer service and fast & efficient work. Well, this place did just that. Walked in I was immediately greeted and a mechanical rep was assigned to my car. He examined my tire and noticed I had a huge nail in it. Which he removed it, plugged it shut, filled my tire with air and told me have a great day, allll within 10 minutes!! Amazing! I do not usually write reviews but this kind of service is worth my writing! Thanks again Fuzzy's
