If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a FVD Level 2 Tuning kit for my 958.1 Cayenne Turbo after speaking with Rhonda. She sent me an invoice and I paid the invoice in full. A few days later I received an email saying the cost went up significantly and I would need to pay an additional $488 or so for the same order!!! I asked her how this was ethical and she advised me their costs went up. As someone who has managed retail stores and currently manage a large Diesel engine manufacturing company, I would never ever go back to my customer after they placed an order and paid in full asking for more money. So I obviously said not a chance. I have checked periodically on their site and that kit that was $1895, went to $2550, then to $3120, back to $2550, and is not back up to

Recently, I purchased an exhaust for my Porsche Boxster from FVD online. Shipping was timely and the package from Germany actually arrived a few days earlier than estimated, which was a very welcome surprise. I got around to installing the exhaust and could not be happier with the quality of the unit and the performance of it.

After a couple of purchases from FVD, I reached out to their customer service dept for a more substantial, made-to-order purchase. Rhonda was prompt and concise with her responses; her amiable communication influenced my decision to purchase from FVD again in the most positive way. I would recommend FVD to anyone looking for quality parts and service together.

It is great having a Porsche parts company so close to home, and they are knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. I purchased their stage 2 tuning kit for my Boxster and the quality of the products and the tuning are great. Even though there was a little hiccup with the 02 sensor location, we were able to adjust and the car runs fantastic, and every time I crawl under it to change oil or do maintenance it makes me smile seeing those nice shiny headers, not to mention the sound they added and certainly the boosted 'get-up-and-go'. It made it like a whole new car !

Amazing company with outstanding German made, quality parts. Rhonda is top notch- she is very knowledgeable about their products offered, and will take time to discuss what the best options are for your specific vehicle. Great company- we are lucky to have them here in the States.
