I'm an owner operator. I have two trucks. I had my truck towed to FYDA in North Cincinnati and have no regrets. Professional repair. Acceptable price job done right the first time. I recommend anyone have their truck towed here for repair but don't expect the repair to be overnight I had an air compressor replaced. They also did all the lines and checked the rest of the system for faults and failures. The total repair took a few days but I feel like the truck's ready for another year of hard work.

We pulled in with a steering issue on our motorhome. The service writer got us quickly checked in. The service techs came out and troubleshot it. Told us what they thought was the issue and what needed to be done to repair it. It took a couple of days to get the parts they needed. As soon as the parts arrived they got us into a repair bay and got to work. They explained every step of the process. We felt the cost was fair. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return.

A handful of maintenance items required servicing, including a replacement of a dashboard display module. Once they realized they overcharged me for labor, they refunded about 1.5 hours ($355). Much appreciated. Also, Brenda is the absolute best Service Writer. She is diligent, courteous and pays fantastic attention to detail. Thank you!

Had two units in for routine PM services and during which Fyda found unleaded in our unit’s diesel tanks. This alone allowed us to catch the fact our plant’s diesel tank had been contaminated by our fuel supplier and we were then able to pull 3 other units and a yard truck out of service to remedy the problem. Dustin stayed in constant and timely contact advising and communicating with our folks to get us through it. We cannot utilize rentals as they lack our pumps and equipment to make deliveries. Knowing we were in a pinch he and his folks absolutely bent over backwards to get us taken care of in a timely manner all while being short staffed and closed throughout the end of year holidays.
