Honest, also, a part i got was a lemon. It was under warranty so I don't have to pay a dime to replace the part or labor. 5 stars!

My brother recommended I take our dad’s car to Guillermo at their MV location. I live out of state and had no idea where to go. I am so thankful that he found a great mechanic like Guillermo. He called me back not long after I dropped off the car to discuss the issue. His findings were more involved than what was originally assessed however he communicated that he was determined he would find the best way to get the lowest cost to us. Great communication throughout the day and got the parts and repairs needed to fix the front lights issues in less than 8 hours and was happy to report that the cost was going to be a fraction of what was originally thought. Because of this experience I would definitely recommend G &A.

Didn't fix any of the issues on my car (Stiff steering wheel, weak brakes, bad alignment). Yelled at me, and refused to fix what he didn't fix including my alignment until I got my tires replaced, that got ruined in the first place because he didn't fix my alignment. He even tried to make me spend more/upsell me on issues he was supposed to fix beforehand. When I went to get them replaced at Costco, they told me they couldn't replace the tires until the alignment was fixed. I ended up going to another repair shop which fixed all my issues. This place is a scam and Guillermo is a cheat and a liar. Go somewhere else.
