I cannot express my gratitude on behalf of the bus driver and her family. Today I made a post on behalf of asking the community help with a tow truck A wonderful man Jason Robbins stepped in to help. His employee Juan, who arrived was just overwhelming of joy and happiness and love and great personality . The kindness this company has showed and him as a person placing business owner a side and his staff just to help a wonderful woman who drives majority of the kids here in Palm Bay and has for years was amazing. Myself and the family are extremely grateful for your act of kindness and the amazing staff you have. Your act of kindness only proves despite how much evil and hate there is in this world. Kindness is still out there. We thank you 🙏 to you and your company and Juan. ❤️

This morning I needed a tow before work and these guys were quick and provided exceptional customer service. Josh came out and put my vehicle on the truck in just a few minutes making sure every part was tightly secure. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Josh picked up my elderly parents vehicle and they just raved about how great the service was and that he was an extremely nice young man. Made them feel comfortable and safe after waiting on the side of the highway. Keep that guy around!! Thanks Josh for taking such good care of my parents!

Devin did an amazing job and showed the professionalism and in a unique situation with a vehicle that would not steer. Nevertheless he found a way to get the vehicle loaded and was always courteous and easy to work with. He's an exceptional employee hopefully you guys honor him

Devin came to help us when our suspension failed and we needed to tow to repair. He had great communication, he let us know when he would be arriving, he was on time and he got the car up on the flatbed in record time but very safely and professionally. He got it to the repair dealership and let us know it had gotten there safely and who he had handed things off to Can't ask for a better service I would recommend this company and especially Devin if you're in need of a tow or other service.
