G & L Towing LLC

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after this morning it's not going to happen. I needed my vehicle towed to Collierville and chose them because they had the best rate but their service is very lacking. I originally scheduled a tow with them last week and was told it would be a couple of hours before they could get to me. A couple hours go by and no wrecker, so I try calling them multiple times to get an update. Nobody answered and I couldn't leave a message because their mailbox is full. Eventually I just wanted to tell them that I didn't need a tow anymore but again no answer or a returned call. I called them this morning for a tow again and was told they would have somebody here in about an hour. The wrecker shows up. I heard it outside for a minute idling so I f

G and L is a wonderful family owned company that has excellent service! They are friendly and fast! I highly recommend them to tow your vehicle!

This company has helped more than anyone will ever know. They have towed us two times, and the tow drive Bryce I requested to try and not scratch the wheels on my truck, he insured he didn’t. He made every little move to make sure my truck didn’t get any damage from towing ! April is awesome to, she has helped and the communication with my insurance has been a big help ! Definitely recommend this company.

My truck broke down at hwy 51 and Tracy rd. My wife called G&L towing. They were there to pick up truck is about 15 minutes. Very good people with Nice and clean trucks! Got our truck home with in 45 minutes!!! Thanks you G&L towing
