I came to this shop for a simple inspection. Once my car was lifted, the owner, Gary, claimed there were issues that would make the car undrivable. I asked for a quote, and instead of providing a proper estimate, he hastily scribbled a number on a napkin — unprofessional to begin with. I called a trusted mechanic for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the quote was outrageously high — what they called a “screw you” price, far beyond what the repairs should reasonably cost. When I politely told Gary I’d be taking my car elsewhere, he lost his temper, screamed at me, and even called the police — falsely claiming I was trying to drive off, despite the car still being on the lift and him still having my keys. Excellent experience with Gary and his team! He was very communicative, honest, and flexible. I trailered my 42 year old Italian car 2.5 hours from Connecticut to get Gary’s service, and I’m SO glad I did. Drove it home!

Words cannot describe enough how valuable this company is to the consumer!!! They are honest. They are Dependable. They are knowledgeable. Jason has been my mechanic my Land Rover for years now. I go and see Ghari every time I need any type of repairs. I've even gone down there and had my eye glasses. Repaired, there's not much they can't do great crew. Great team, good people to deal with and they've got everything pretty much under the Sun. To work on your vehicle, I highly recommend them.
