My son researched the top five auto repair shops in the area for a catalytic converter replacement, and GNs was one of the highest-rated shops on Google. He called and felt completely at ease during the conversation, and the price quoted was fair. I drove up to meet my son and decided to walk in to let them know I had arrived. The building looked great inside and out, and the shop itself was clean and well organized. We were greeted by Taylor, who made us feel very welcome. She shared the history of the shop, answered questions from my husband over the phone, and clearly explained the services they would be providing. We haven’t picked up the car yet, but so far we are very happy with the experience. Excellent customer service! 👏

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The techs are honest, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The CV axle repair was done right the first time, pricing was very fair, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. I had my car back the same day! It's hard to find someone in this area that I absolutely trust with my car, but G&S has earned it! I'll definitely be coming back!

This shop is AWESOME. I have had multiple cars at this shop. Old school to New rides. This shop delivers. I put full faith in James and Taylor and Company. They can handle any problem I have brought to them. They are solid on fair pricing and just really cool people to work with. I will be bringing my cars and trucks to them for problems big and small. Hard to find a very good shop like this anymore. They take care of you and happy to to talk with you about anything. This shop is smart and down to earth with people. I just can't say enough about this place. They treat people great. Love them, and will be taking my cars and trucks to them anytime I have a issue. This place is Bitchin!!!

G&S Auto staff are professional and friendly. They explain what is the issue (s) are, the price for the part and labor. They are so great we even leave scar at their business and put the key in the envelope and give a brief description of the issue. They call the next day and inform us what the problem is and the cost. G & S is easy to work with and we have used them for years.

A couple of weeks ago my 2019 GMC CANYON was over heating. After a lot of hours under the hood and truck I found what broke. I was recommended to G & S for them to check it out. Within minutes James knew the part that was broken. The coolent control was extremely hard to get to only a professional with the right tools and experience could replace it. They were very transparent about the part and how long it would take to fix. The next day I got my truck back and I’ve been driving around and no problem. I know there are mechanics that over charge and lie about problems with vehicles but not at G&S. James, Tayler and the team are blue collar working Americans.
