Manager is very rude. They are more concerned with collecting money instead of fixing the issue. The person that answers the phone never has the correct information. They MADE me make my payment in cash and to a personal Zelle account which has never happened to me thru a car lot before. Stating that people may try and dispute charges which is crazy because she clearly tried to stereotype me. In the climate of this economy and racial issues going on I was actually shocked she would say that to me. I could’ve used my debit card but she stated that I could NOT. When speaking to the manager I asked to speak to the owner about my issue and was told that the owner wouldn’t be interested in speaking to me. I financed a 2013 Lexus Rx 350 F Sport through G Town Motors in February 26, 2025. The salesman was very adamant about me getting this suv Lexus. I needed a new suv because I was currently renting one and it was very expensive!! Not even two months later I had to buy a new battery, and then two months later I had to have a new alternator. Then I started getting a hesitation when I accelerated so I emailed the manager and didn’t get a response for a few monthes. I then reached out to the Assistant Manager and told her that I emailed the manager a few months ago but I had not heard a response. She responded back to me and said bring the Lexus Rx 350 F Sport in and I said I will have it towed in so I did. The following day I get a call from the manager and said Mrs. Winters your suv is ready.
