Gabrielli Truck Sales & Service, Albany

So. Today I visited this dealer to learn more about Volvo VNL860. I met the person name is Chuck. He treated me very nice and profissionally. I found him with great knowldge about trucking business. He guided me very well for purchasing the truck. He was very helpfull for everything what i wanted to explore more about Volvo. I will do the business with this place in the future also.

I took my truck to this shop thinking they’d do the job right the first time. They “repaired” it, but within the same week my truck broke down again with the exact same issue. Instead of standing by their work, they charged me all over again to fix what should have been handled correctly the first time. As a truck driver, I rely on my rig to make a living, and this kind of service is unacceptable. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and definitely not a place I would trust again.

We gave this place multiple chances before making the ultimate decision to take our business elsewhere - and that's for their service department. As he’s a day cab driver the same-day attention is truly appreciated; he even made it all the way back to base after his fuel delivery issue was fixed. That’s certainly not something one sees everyday anymore- drop in with a cry for help and get immediate help. Well done, and EXCELLENT communication throughout the process.

I love this dealer! I know that’s hard to comprehend because many people know that the Service Desk is always trying to rip them new orifices. However, the service manager Aaron took such great care to follow through with all of my issues and requests and put Tad, their best “A mechanic,” to work on my truck twice. I had replaced some parts and I also had an issue when my truck was getting very slow to drive uphill he checked out everything and new so quickly what the problem was, my fuel injectors. ;( So although I didn’t get to fix it there because I didn’t have the money at the time and I broke down later on in a different state,Tad diagnosed all of my truck issues with the experience and knowledge that he had within less than an hour. (I’m sure probably even less but you know you got t
