I've been in the moving business for over 10 years and I just purchased my first truck with Gabrielli (a 2023 Isuzu NPR, I dealt with Chris Martelli from start to finish) and to be honest it was by far the best experience I've had buying a truck. Chris got me a truck not only quickly, but because he listened and took seriously my specifications (for example, I really need a low floor height, no more than 40 inches from the ground for easy street-loading of furniture) there were no oversights/mess-ups. The truck is perfect, thanks again Chris and Gabrielli team!
I just met with the service advisor Tom this morning. He is very nice and responsible. My truck was fixed very quickly and he helped us a lot. I highly recommend everyone to find Tom. If I could give negative stars I would. A few weeks ago my power divider failed. Had it towed to the Hicksville location. After being charged an arm and leg just to diagnose and inspect the problem (8 hours labor). I went and picked up a Weller reman unit, they charged 10 hours labor to install ( Weller said 5-8 total to R&R) they also charged 2 hours to rebuild the output shaft in doing so they installed one of the bearings backwards, they recommended replacing drive shaft that they could not get in time so I brought a used shaft with me. I replaced the shaft with the one I brought and we made it 600 miles before the part they rebuilt caused a catastrophic failure. They refuse to stand behind the work that was performed in error and want to blame the reman part and drive shaft for the fai
