This company says that it mission is to -supply reliable used parts that not only meet your vehicle's requirements but also exceed your expectations. THIS IS A LIE!!!! My husband bought a transmission from this company, took it to his Mechanic, had it installed and it did not work. My husband contacted Global Auto Experts and they agreed to send another transmission, but they refuse to help with any of the additional financial cost related to there error. My husband is being charged an additional labor charge because the mechanic must now remove the faulty transmission and install the second transmission being sent by Global Auto. This is very frustrating, we trusted that we would receive what we paid for which should have been functioning transmission. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Scam, scam, scam—avoid Global Auto Experts at all costs! I paid Global Auto Experts in full on 09/06/2025 for a transmission, transfer case, and transmission control module. They only shipped the transmission and never sent the rest. When I first called, employees Nathan and Kevin suddenly became “unavailable.” Later, William answered and told me they had “other priorities.” After that, they blocked my number completely so I couldn’t reach them about my order or refund. I then contacted them on Facebook and spoke with someone named RK, who promised 100% resolution and “high-quality service,” but nothing was ever delivered. After searching for a part that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, I came across this company. Initially, everything seemed on the up & up. I spoke to an associate by the name of "Chris", and after describing, in great detail, to him, along with the part number, the item that I needed, he assured me that it was in inventory. I was elated at the news because finding this part has been tedious, and frustrating. On August 7th almost $300 was deducted from my account as payment for the part, shipping, taxes, etc. I received word from "Chris" that the part would be shipped and should have been received yesterday (Mon 8/11). This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with on-line purchases. I ordered radiator fans on 6/4/25 and have yet to receive the product . Multiple phone calls,which have went unanswered , or been giving false promises. Actually had to reorder the fans from Amazon which I'd refer any friend's to go that route and stay far away from this firm. Over charged and under informed , bad experience for me!
