Donald and Buddy the Manager did an awesome job finding me the perfect truck in my budget. I walked out the door paying cash and happy customer. I will be back. And the finance guy Rolin in the back got me in and out fast. He hooked me up with a bumper to bumper warranty and oil changes. I will be back. They are awesome.

I will start off by saying I didn't go to Gainesville Dodge looking to purchase a vehicle, but rather to get information for a college paper that I was writing last semester. I forget the salesman and his managers name, but they were understanding, and were more than happy to work with me to get the information I was looking for. I do like Dodge pickups, and if I am ever in the market for one, I would consider going here as great as they were in helping me get info for my paper.

⭐ 1 Star – Misrepresentation, Lack of Accountability, and Failure to Perform This review is intended to document my experience with this dealership based strictly on factual events. Approximately one week prior to my visit, the General Manager personally provided specific financial figures for the proposed transaction. Relying on those representations, I contacted the salesperson on Saturday evening to confirm whether the deal was still valid before making the trip. I specifically asked the salesperson to contact the General Manager, verify the terms, and call me back to confirm whether the deal would proceed as previously stated. Based on that confirmation, we arranged to pick up the vehicle on Monday, after initially discussing a Sunday pickup that was rescheduled due to the salesperson

I had an awesome time here. Donald was great, he helped me get the best possible deal and it was super easy. He was really sweet and I truly felt like he wanted to help me get a good deal while being entirely honest. This was my first time getting a car and the experience wasn't frustrating or hard. They even checked on me frequently to make sure everything is good. And when I had an issue with the paperwork, John in the finance department was quick to help me get it sorted. Overall, I do recommend this dealership!
