Gainey's Tire and Lube

Took my truck in for service today. Dropped it off to get a full service oil, transmission and rear-end lube changed. After a couple hours received a call truck was ready. Went and picked it up and paid the bill. I was extremely satisfied with the work completed and the price they charged. This is my go to spot now. Thanks for the awesome customer service

I’ve only lived in Hartsville for a short time, but my family has two vehicles that have needed servicing so far. For starters having someone who works the phones and front desk who is so kind and profession is like a breath of breath air, Liz is one of the most patient and pleasant people I have ever been helped by in the auto industry. We don’t feel like we’re getting jerked around, they don’t seem to try and keep your car any longer than they need it, and are incredibly quick with providing information. As someone who has gone to the same shop or her dad her entire life, it’s great to have found a place with the same sort of feels and care as a new customer. Thank you to everyone who works here!

The service I received here is exemplary. The staff is always friendly. The prices are good. I appreciate that the staff will tell the customer that nothing is wrong if that is the case. This is an honest establishment and highly recommended by me and my entire family.

Gainey's is pretty good. They did a great job and they let me stay in vehicle and watch. Very thorough and clean. Price not bad compared to some other businesses.
