Alfonse is the man there. Got rear ended , I was upset about it. After they did their work the car looked better then it did when I first got it. They do some good work there definitely recommended. Took a shot in the dark but definitely hit. They're good at explaining the repair process, answering calls, and navigating you through the insurance process. They exceeded expectations for sure.

Great guys, try to do the right thing. Always picks up the phone. Looking out for the customer. Only problem was that they quoted 5 days to repair and we're up on the 30 day rental. If I have rental and no repaired vehicle will be in a huge problem. Really hoping the car will be ready before my 30 rental ends at the end of the week or I'm SOL.

If i could add more stars i would. Had a scratch on my door and Gaio's gave me the white glove serves. They fixed the scratch and also detail and washed the car. 10/10.

Gaio’s offered a fair price for a recent repair. They told me to drop off the car on Monday, and it would most likely be ready by Wednesday. I picked it up today on Friday, so later then expected but it worked out for my family. Offered me another fair price for work on another car so I’ll be back. The price I was quoted is what I was charged. They are busy so book early. I had to wait 3 weeks. They also offer a life time guarantee, this means something to me and I’m happy I brought my car here.
