My first time at this mechanic shop. This is a Complete auto shop. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a smile. I went for inspection and all problems about my car was diagnosed. The car was fixed very well, Fred gave me a complete technical explanations and a transparent pricing. My safety was completely assure by thier work. Indeed this is actually a complete clinic for vehicles. Thank you Fred.

If I can, I'll give ZERO stars. The guy in this shop is totally DISHONEST. I had my car inspected, and he told me several things needed to be fixed. I asked which things are necessarily to pass the inspection, he just dogged my question and insisted everything he recommended needed to be fixed, which is not true. He called me afterwards said additional thing needed to be done to fix some brake issue, which to me is another excuse to charge more. Okay finally when the car is done, he charged me even more than he originally quoated. Such a ridiculous experience. And the guy was very rude. So if you ever consider have you car checked here, think again. DON'T DO IT.

King-Fred and his team are doing an outstanding job! I trust them completely with my car, and they've consistently fixed it to my satisfaction with diligence and care. My family and I have finally found a reliable auto shop for our vehicles. My wife can't stop praising them. I wholeheartedly recommend King-Fred and his team to everyone. If anyone tries to tarnish their reputation, they're just barking up the wrong tree!
