1 STAR – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, STAY FAR AWAY This was hands down the worst car-buying experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the very next day the car was not working. On top of that, it reeked of fuel, which is not only unacceptable but dangerous. Once the problems started, the dealership completely dodged my calls and messages. No accountability. No urgency. No professionalism. To make matters even worse, the dealership took the car back in the middle of getting the fuel line fixed without proper notice or clear communication, which left me shocked and scrambling. Wish I could them 0 stars… bought a car April 2023 cash. Kept getting the run around on why I haven’t received my title. After multiple trips to Galaxy Auto and DMV no tile can be produced. Well today 1/09/2024 I finally get pulled over by police because I don’t have tags and they tell me this car is still registered to the previous owner. Luckily I had proof of purchase and insurance else my car would’ve been impounded without any way to get it out. Don’t waste your hard earned money here there a lots of reputable places to do business with… this is not one of them. I know tax season is approaching please don’t throw your money away. The only thing I can do at this point is sue the s@$t out of the SCAMMERS
