James was really great to work with and did not put any pressure on me as a buyer. He was upfront with me about the truck in that it had some rough shifting before I even drove out to come see it, we were able to settle on a great price and after purchasing I was able to resolve the issues with the transmission and it has turned out to be a great truck at a great price.
