Ashley Hill is a Rockstar and made this the easiest car buying process I have ever dealt with. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on loan processes and vehicles. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed to make a purchase and I will definitely be going back.

From the moment I stepped in Galaxy Ford to shop for my Bronco, I was treated with a friendly and patient sales lady. Her name was Janet. I am sad that she has since retired because by the end of signing the papers, I felt like I gained another grandma. The staff has always made sure I was comfortable while waiting on my maintenance services. I had recently had to have some work done. I had to reschedule the apt twice. The service department was very understanding on my issues of having to reschedule. I have had many great experiences and I do recommend Galaxy Ford in Smithville, Tn to others.

I am a cheapskate and tend to overdo my research when making large purchases. After personally visiting 5 dealerships in a 100 mile radious, i ended up buyimg my new Ford.bromco Sport at Galaxy in Smithville. I got the best price anywhere. More importantly, they were honest, punctual, and fair. No last minute add on costs after the deal, and they were brutally honest in explaining how new car purchases work, etc. AUSTIN, the sales mahager, was the best car salesman/ manager I have ever done business with in 35 years of buying cars. They didnt claim they were loosing money on the car (a claim that always amuses me at other dealers) and were transparent about all that kind of stuff. He gave me a bottom dollar out the door price on the phone and honored it when i drove 2 hrs to buy it.

I am one happy camper today, got my new car and loving it, well it's new to me, I'm loving my Jeep rentagadge. It's been about 5 weeks since I've had no car . I don't trust alot of people. But after talking to Ashley Hill and Deana McCutheon maybe it was female just like me, and didn't try to make me feel stupid.
