Family owned, family run. Ali and Mike were exceptional in their assistance with our purchase. I requested information after seeing the same vehicle on multiple reliable sites. I was contacted by Galaxy Motors that day. We were able to test drive the car upon arrival and quickly transition to the credit application. Our employment history was all over the place, yet Mike and Ali worked with us. We were weary about the credit app, Galaxy helped us decide if it was best to apply together or just my wife or just myself. Me and my wife bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership a few weeks ago. They are a small dealership so no big fees. The prices are very good and they were very helpful. I would give them a 5 but once we got the car I changed the oil when we got home. They said everything was replaced and serviced but the oil had 5000+ miles on it based on the color. Overall they were great to work with and will go back to get another car, and I recommended to friends and family.

Mike was very honest and helpful. I drove a couple hours away and found a vehicle he had that I wanted to purchase. It took a few days for the bank to finally finalize the loan. Mike was willing to go above and beyond for me to get the vehicle. Thank you!

If I could I would give them a zero. I have to fix some much on this car since i bought it, and i have had it only 2 months. Not even 24 hours of having it, I had to get something fixed. And it took them just over a week to do so. I wanted my money back but they wouldn't do so. I'm stuck with this car. I will never go back there or recommend them to ANYONE! If I could I would return it now and get my money back. I'm having to replace another part that is going to cost me hundreds. Never in my life have I ever gotten such bad customer service. All they care about is money.

Drove all the way from Globe looking for a vehicle posted online which tried calling about numerous times. Then when i show up to the dealer supposedly they "just sold" the previous night before closing. They just forgot to take off the vehicle off the post then lied to my face about it. I may have given more stars for being honest but i know it didn't just sell the night before just by the way they said it 🙄. Wouldn't ever buy a car from a rinky-dink dealer like this anyway
