Had to get a used tire here on Sunday after tearing sidewall on way to camping in Sierra Forest. $50 for Yokohama Geolander- good Damage to my vehicle from the guy who jacked up my CX-50 removes 2 stars from what should have been a 5 star experience. Saw the damage after getting home and opening rear door. Holes in the plastic and weather stripping. - Bad

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! They like to take peoples money ! We came last week to get a used tire , and unfortunately we got a flat by a nail, so we came back to patch it after getting it patched the next day there’s another leak . We come back and say they can patch AGAIN for another 10$ . The money is not the issue . It’s such an Inconvenience having to come back every week !!! I read other reviews on Yelp and the same thing has happened to other people ! I usually go to Pacheco down the street they actually want to assist and have great customer service unfortunately they didn’t have my tire so I had to settle for them . The owners were drinking beers trying to talk to us like stuff happens “you can go down the street and there’s a nail “ . No sir you guys are sketchy!!! I don’t speak Span

Worst customer services and prices, told me over the phone it’s was $40 to switch two TPMS sensors from wheels to two new ones plus balances. Got there guys after taking off my wheels, he change his words and wanting me to pay $60. Then he strip my wheel lug screw (picture show below). Refused to admit fault and forced it in with air compressor gun, refuse to take credit card and wants cash only with no receipts provided but a 5” paper with $60 on it. The older guy, which I believe is the owner has no customer services and very rude, when I ask him, why he change his price and damage my vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE . TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
