Gallagher's Olde Fashioned Services

I been going to Gallagher's from when they were on East Street in Chicopee. They take care of my lawn mower, snow blower and inspection great services.

Needed an inspection, this place had good reviews so I drove over while on lunch at work. I didn’t see the one way sign for the parking lot until I was halfway in, honest mistake. There were no other drivers in the lot, so I backed up to situate myself into the correct spot to wait for an inspection. Dude in the shop aggressively threw up his hands and yelled at me. Yikes! Immediately drove away, won’t be going there again! Bad service without even stepping foot in the shop.

Very open and honest about work that needs to be done to vehicle. Alex is very thorough and polite. Love this place

Newer staff member here is rude, and unapproachable. Recently went for inspection and the staff mentioned was sitting in their car, and saw me waiting in line. It was during normal business hours, approximately 1pm at the time on a Friday. I got out the car to ask the staff member a question, we made eye contact while he was in his car, and then he drove off without even saying anything. Won't be coming back here that's for sure
