Galleria Chevrolet Service Department

Had my vehicle towed there after finding out the issue with my vehicle was covered under warranty. They still charged me a diagnostic fee even though I told them the issue up front. I understand their reasoning for this and was not mad about it but then I was charged for services that were not needed and they claimed parts were bad and needed to be replaced when said parts had already been checked and tested and were fine. I also have a jumper battery in the car that was not there when I got the vehicle back. Will never do business with them again.

We recently brought in a vehicle for service with Brennan, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The professionalism, communication, and quality of work far exceeded our expectations. It was our first visit, but based on the level of service we received, we’ll now be bringing our entire fleet of 15+ vehicles here for maintenance and repairs. It’s great to find a service department we can truly rely on—thank you, Brennan and the team, for earning our trust and business!

Huge thanks to Riston at the Chevrolet customer service department! He was incredibly helpful and made sure all my vehicle issues were handled quickly and professionally. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Riston made the whole experience way less stressful, and I truly appreciate his patience and expertise. Great service all around!
