Best car wash in the world! I love the service, everyone on staff is so kind. Not to mention the soaps are so high quality they keep my car clean for weeks. If you get the Graphene wash water will slide right off your windshield in the rain! It is also a locally owned business, I met the owner, he is a super sweet UF grad, and his family helps out around the wash sometimes too. Great place overall, highly recommend!

Terrible! Didn’t wash my roof. Let the associate know, and she just say go again to wash it, she supposed to set up Machine to wash it, but she didn’t. We passed again and didn’t wash again. Completely dry my roof. Advise girl again was the same problem. She just ignored me and say I’m sorry. But my car was dirty as beginner. So!! Will never pay again a membership here.

Gallo Car Wash does a consistently good job and is a convenient place to get your car cleaned without a hassle. The wash is thorough, the equipment is well-maintained, and the process is usually quick even when there’s a line. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the pricing feels fair for the quality you get. The vacuums and finishing areas are generally clean and easy to use, which makes the experience smoother. Occasionally it can get busy during peak times, but overall it’s a solid, dependable car wash that I’m happy to use regulary.

Customer service was wonderful <3 the towels were clean and restocked, the trash cans weren’t overflowing, and I was greeted with a warm welcome. He explained the kinds of washes and their prices very thoroughly, and was overall very friendly. Everything was clean, and it left my car shiny with no chips, scratches, or residue. Will definitely be back here again! :))

Friendly staff, helpful and pleasant. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited. Quality wash and fantastic extras at the vacuum station - clean cloths, air, glass cleaner etc. We will continue to use Gallo. I posted this originally one month ago but I’m adding to it today when I witnessed an employee chat with a driver about his broken taillight. He went inside, grabbed some tape and carefully covered the taillight for the driver before he entered. I continue to be impressed!
