First off i want to thank the amazing crew at Gallo Transmission. Teresa, Andy and Craig are all professional, friendly, and extremely valuable to anyone who uses their services. If you are looking for good quality work and transparency this shop is the one i will always recommend immediately. They treat you like family and stay behind their work/products. We have gotten thousands of dollars in work from this place and we will always take our vehicles to Teresa and her team. Thank you Gallo Transmission!

This was my first time at Gallo Transmission. I am very pleased with their service. I had my engine & transmission mounts replaced, power steering fluid, oil change, tire alignment & balance. My car no longer shakes on the highway and doesn't sound like an old clunker anymore!! I felt their pricing was as good if not better than anywhere else in town and the best part is I feel I can trust them to honestly tell me what is wrong with my car! I will definitely be returning.

Steve called me and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Completely professional. I have used them for years for all of my vehicles because they are honest and I trust their work. It is scary to take your car to someone and feel like they may overcharge you but I trust Gallo to always be fair and upfront and communicate at every step! They are not a chain - they are a local family supporting our community as well!

I have not received a bill or got my truck back, but, my wife is a barber and left her equipment in the cab of the truck. Gallo is closed on the weekends. Today is Saturday. Not knowing what to do we called the number anyways. The owner, Theresa answer the phone and worked out how we can get the equipment. If that isn't 5 star customer service I don't know what is. I will update with the service and cost once complete. Thanks again Mrs Gallo.
