On 10/29/2025 I was in a MVA and had a pretty good amount of work that needed to be done to my car. I have gone to Eric in the past and was very pleased/impresssed with his shop's work so I knew right away who to call this time. Eric is so kind, honest and professional! He got my car done very quickly and it looks brand new again! Thank you Eric and to everyone at Galloways! Highly recommend!!! 10/10!!!

If I needed paint work again in Augusta. I'd look elsewhere. -Minus one star for two reasons: one charging 1.2 times originally estimated cost (basing it off needing to do more prep work than I had disclosed - prep work they failed to do or did very poorly) and two this apparently also explained why the job took 3 weeks instead of the original 1 week prediction. I was consoled by the owner the extra time was to ensure the job was done right and not to worry I'd be pleased with the results. His final word, "You're gonna like how it turns out." -minus another star because regardless of the two previous issues, which I'd be fine with if I didn't have this issue. There's paint bubbles on one fender on hotter days indicative of solvent pop (i.e.poor prep work). I'm told it was my poor body work

I love love LOVE the paint job on Bliss, my Jeep :) I got a lot of compliments already. I was hesitant of the location but I made a great choice! I love the personalities of the workers as well.

This shop is by far the best we have ever done business with. It all starts with Erik and Dalton. Every time I have been there they really make sure you feel welcome and take the time to explain the whole process and they always over deliver on their word! Forget about the results…every time their work makes the car look better than when it came in. We would definitely recommend Erik, Dalton and the entire Galloways shop to everyone!
