What a shady way to do business at this location, I usually take my Hondas for years to Honda DT, I was recommended to this location, when you call for oil service they give a price that includes parts and labor, last June I called to get my first service with them and they told me $83 with tax and that's what I paid, this month I got a price of $95 from the one in downtown I compared prices with Galpin and they said $99, I went back to Galpin because my rep Ricardo was very cool. I asked for pricing and made an appointment, what they didn't tell me is that they were going to charge me the parts separately this time!! I ended up paying $135 , the last time was only $85!Take your business somewhere else. They will try to screw you with their way they operate. They need ro be retrained.

They deleted my first review Update: they refused to help us. I will never go to this service center again: worst customer service from VP down to advisors. On Monday 1/10/2022 we took our car for regular maintenance. My husband told the guy that we had a loose fender cover and to please let us know if they could fix it and how much it would. They informed us it was done and taking care and they put new screws. The next day on the freeway the liner comes loose and get stuck in the tires. We contacted Galpin didn’t hear back for 3 days and only after calling the manager. Manager never called but had a service agent calls us back. They will fix it but at our expensive over $500. They refuse to cover it and no one including regional manager have contacted us after leaving messages.

BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEPS' CLOTHING!!!! If you decide to use their service center make sure the quote you get over the phone is correct! I was quoted a price for a timing belt with water pump called "Jessie" three times to make sure this was correct amount with tax so I would have necessary money in place. Conveniently when I arrived Jessie had no recall of our conversation and the price went up $400!! Needless to say did not stick around for them to find any other issues with my car. Definitely will not be back.

Very accommodating. I've taken my car here twice. One minor issue is that they filles up the tires to 32psi instead of 30psi as stated in the manual. As a result the tire pressure sensor kept triggering. I had to take out the extra air for the sensor to stop triggering.

We bought 2018 honda crv for my sons birthday during the purchase the financial department told me to for extended warranty witch I got . 1 of the service every 30000 mile change oil filter n belts is required if I dont get extended warranty and at 60,000 miles the socks has to be changed to valid the warranty. So I paid 2000 to get all this service n with my my 30000mile service they didnt change the belts they said my old belt are still good .this dealer is a RIP off and now I want to make sure they change all of my shocks or struts at 60000 mile . GET YOUR SERVICE DONE ELSE WHERE NOT THIS LOCATION AND DONT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THESE CROOKS
