Ganas Auto - Stockton

This is the worst place I could’ve financed a car from. They won’t provide services when needed, services that they guaranteed to provide if anything went wrong with the car. My car has been down for months and is still covered by the warranty, yet I have no type of any update from anybody. I’ve called many times for updates but all they do is tell me the same thing and lies. Yet they still manage to want payments from me which is crazy when they aren’t being responsible, this is such an irresponsibility. They lax responsibility and communication.

My experience at Ganas was so wonderful. Despite my past with cars and my credit they didn’t judge me and did everything they could do to get me in the car I wanted. I appreciate the time and effort the whole team all put into me. Sylvia and Jocelyn are so kind and helpful they listened to all my questions and concerns with great attitudes. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family here! Thank you so much Ganas !

Johanna was amazing from the minute I walked in. She helped me every step of the way to complete my purchase. She went above and when she went to get my vehicle from Sacramento. Would definitely recommend!!!
