This is no acceptable they sold me a Chevy Tahoe and 2 weeks is making a funny sound in the engine call the 855 number been on hold for more than 1 hour no answer Pulled up to the location now it says is closed Honestly I don’t know what step should I take further is has not even been 1 month this is ridiculous Even the sales guy doesn’t answer like why are they hiding or what’s going on!!

Horrible I have had my car for less then a month and have driven it 4 days the retailing days it has stayed in the service center El Monte where the mechanic drives the car 60+ miles with out fixing it and when returned the car in 3 days has engine problems , you will call the 888 number and they will tell you read what you signed you signed for a used car that state covers 30 days warranty and they cover 2 month if it’s the same issue that was diagnosed within the first 30 days! Sickening they like to waste time and not only time but not willing to help when they are at fault ! As a business person this ethic is sick ! The amount of calls in less then a month is completely unacceptable

Amazing customer service. Did everything to get us out with a new car quickly. I recommend this place to anyone! Ask for Isamar Almedia is the best sales person ever she went above and beyond for us.
