Carlos was a great salesman. He went out of his way and picked me and my family up and brought us to the car lot where he then worked his magic and let me tell you i’ve been denied at seven different car lots that were smaller than this one and somehow Carlos worked his magic and got me into a vehicle. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of a vehicle. He will walk an extra mile and he will make sure that he gets you right This man deserves a promotion. Definitely respectful communication was A1. He answered all questions. I asked. And he was not judging me by the looks just because of my tattoos he treated me just like any other customer and I respected that if you’re in desperate need of a vehicle and you’ve been told no hit up Carlos at Ganas ya you will not regret

I'm not completely sure what happened with the finance company that they were using.But as of four weeks ago I haven't been able to get a hold of the bank to make payment arrangements. I've even tried calling the dealership directly to see if they could provide me a phone number to contact the new financial institution. And the number that's provided through Google does not work. I've tried chatting online to get to a representative. But nothing. I don't want to risk my car getting towed due to nonpayment. I don't know what other options I have.

I had a great experiencing working with Carlos. He provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. He made sure the payment was within my budget. He advocated on my behalf and explained my situation to his finance team. He expressed empathy, compassion and understanding.... CARLOS YOU CAME IN CLUTCH IN MY TIME OF NEED!!! Put $2100. Down and not even 3 weeks later the car is broken down Car broke done Aug 4th 2025 we are now on September 16 I have been trying to contact someone for the pass week on what is going on with my car and nothing I have been trying to make my payments can't. The system own take my card and when I go to CVS with cash still can't make a payment. I was thinking about buying a second car but I think I will take my money elsewhere

Updated review DO NOT GO !!!!!!! Turn around ASAP DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY everything is too good to be true. The only good part is my payments. That’s the only reason I’m keeping my vehicle so I can build my credit to do business with a different car lot, but this car lot burned me so bad the first day I had it multiple lights one on it had multiple leaks. Very poor service. I just got it back from the vehicle service center. It drives worse and has a check engine light on now which it didn’t have before There has been so many issues with the vehicle. I let the car lot know on the second day they refuse to refund me my money. they refuse to swap me out into a reliable vehicle. They knew I had a child and a wife. It didn’t stop him from scamming me and burning me with the same vehicle that
