Unfortunately this wasn’t the best experience, and I hate to say it because my family has been coming here since they opened. I had my mercury here for new steering parts. They had my car for 3 weeks, with little to no communication on their end of what was happening. I finally pick up the car, and half my dashboard was on the floor. Also, my e-brake release was broken. I now have an airbag light on for a bad clockspring that wasn’t broke before. I mean, if it was broke why can’t a shop fix it? In addition to the no communication, I was not told that they were short staffed so that’s why I noticed the car was sitting just shy of a week. I get the car back, in addition to the other problems, I noticed my steering column covers were loose, come to find out someone buzzed in a WOOD SCREW part

I have personally never used this business, although it would appear from their reviews and constantly full parking lot that they do good work and get plenty of business. I am writing this review simply because I enjoy their advertising and the creative slogans that they put on the billboard outside of their shop. I find it amusing and comical. Keep it up!

These guys are a public nuisance. This is not a review of their car mechanic abilities, but of their marketing. They had a booth at a scarecrow festival in St. Charles, and their idea as to how to get attention was to blast smoke machine to the maximum at the event with nobody manning the booth, such that the smoke was a nuisance to everyone at the event. There was a bubble event for kids right behind their tent, and it was very annoying to say the least. I can't imagine the people who had tents next to these inconsiderate folks. I was so annoyed that I had to write this review just to vent my frustration about these guys.

Best mechanics I've ever been to! They really tell you exactly what's needed, and if they think it'll be under warranty, they'll recommend you go to the dealer! I've always had a really great experience going here. But I like to go to visit with the dogs Penelope and Chevy!

I’ve brought my car here a few times over the years and will for any issues in the future. They’re always polite, professional, communicative, and reasonably priced. They work in a timely manner and I have no complaints. Very convenient drop off system and an absolutely adorable dog!!
