Garber is close to my home, so I keep giving them chances. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances hoping for a different result. Everytime I reach out for service they are condescending and rude. Worth the drive elsewhere to be given respect and not mansplaned or called "honey" or "darlin" by an employee high on his horse. After speaking with Mr. Ward he says he will address it, hopefully so. The supposed review I left was not a review about the service, it was a text response to Ashley who stepped in for a recall that was a disaster because of the same treatment as explained above. She was amazing!
Shannon is the best! She respected our time and opinions, never pushing. When/if I need another vehicle I will look her up! Thank you Shannon, for an enjoyable experience. Good luck and take care!
