I had a very disappointing experience with this department. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional and disinterested. They don't respond in a timely manner, and when they do, they don't offer real solutions. It feels like you're being bothered rather than helped. Furthermore, the attitude of some employees leaves much to be desired: lack of courtesy, zero empathy, and no follow-up on issues. In short, I don't recommend this place if you value being treated with respect and seriousness as a customer.

Such a TERRIBLE experience! I have a 2025 CRV. Unfortunately, it doesn’t tell you which tire is low, so I made an appointment and they told me one and a half to 2hrs. I asked them to let me know if is a major problem. 3hrs later when I asked for my car back I was told it had a nail and it was going to take another 20-30 min!!! I was furious I could've taken my car anywhere instead of waiting for 3 1/2 hrs.

Old building. Service is fast and good. Prices are sky high as all the other dealers. Waiting room is a basement and old, plenty of chairs.
