We had an fantastic experience at the Honda dealership yesterday when we bought our first car! Every single person was so kind and welcoming, and they even offered us complimentary food and drinks. The staff have knowledge and are professional but brought my car in for open recalls dropped it off monday 9th 9am. 1st I get a phone call saying that one of the recalls can not be done because a part that is in the way of the recalled part I have to pay out of pocket for labor and the part that is in the way I said I do not want to pay anything out of pocket the car is in service for recalls.( 95% of the time is 100% covered under the manufacturer due to defective parts) I was told I would get a call back in a little bit at 11:30am but I get no calls so I decided to call at 3:00 pm I was informed cars good to go all work is completed I can pick up vehicle I come to pick it up after waiting a little bit service advisor tells me no work was done because 1 they didn’t have the sensor which I
