This home is severely understaffed. They rely heavily on agency workers who are unfamiliar with the residents’ daily routines and needs, leading to inconsistency in care. In the memory care unit, there is often only one caregiver staffed in the evenings, which leaves residents largely unsupervised an alarming situation for such a vulnerable population. The lack of leadership is equally concerning. The administrator is rarely present or available, leaving the overwhelmed caregivers to fend for themselves without proper support. Families trust this facility to provide quality care, but the current conditions make it difficult to believe that residents are receiving the attention and safety they deserve. In working with Jennifer and her team over the past 7 years I have to say they are "top notch". Jennifer goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her residents and their families. And when there are things that don't go as expected she is always willing to meet and work through challenges always looking at the best case scenario. Highly recommend her and her team at any of her homes.

Already have. It is not the place for your loved one! Resident smoking on oxygen. Same resident drinking a guart of vodka daily. Delivered twice weekly. Bouncing of the walls back and forth to his room. Sound like a place you'd want your love to live. As far as do called management is concerned, there is none so to speak.
