Gardens Towing and Transport

I had a very stressful experience at this towing company. The employee initially tried to charge me for an extra day before a full day had passed. She took my cash, then at the last minute said she would give me a break and returned some money, but then claimed I still owed more, as if she had accidentally given me too much back. Throughout the transaction, she used distracting and confusing cash-handling tactics that made it hard to follow what was happening. The entire process felt unprofessional and manipulative. I strongly advise anyone using this company to watch every step carefully and double-check the amount they are paying.

I was stranded in palm beach on a late Sunday night. The last time I used Allstate Roadside it took about a half hour to get a response and 3 hours for a tow truck to arrive on a weekday morning. On this late Sunday night, I received a call from Joan at Gardens Towing within 5 minutes. She was extremely helpful and prompt. Neil arrived with tow truck as soon as 30 minutes. He quickly got my car hooked up and we were soon on our way. The tow was all the way to Ft Lauderdale. Neil was very friendly and professional. They got me out of a tight spot. I highly recommend Gardens Towing.

So I caught a flat tire at 2am on 95. I was Driving a Toyota 4Runner. I also Had a flight to catch. So I Called my insurance company to assign a company to come assist me with a tire change. This is the company they sent. It took them about an hour to arrive from the time they were dispatched. Upon arrival the driver told me that I should pay attention and learn to do this myself cause why would I want to wait 2hrs for a tire change. I informed him at that point that I’m a former owner operator and maintained a car hauling business for years and now I just rather employ drivers and had no interest in ever doing anything involved with car work again after the years I’ve put in. Great service! I never expected to be treated so nicely based on my experience retrieving cars from towing companies before, but these guys are really friendly!
