I brought my equinox in because it was going into low engine power. They charged me $700 and did not fix it. Then wanted $1300 after that. There is a bulletin on the issue from GM and that was never mentioned at any point. I found out from Williams after. I feel like I should have gotten my money back considering they did nothing to fix it.

Garfield Auto in TC was a lifesaver for us! We were in town for vacation when our GMC Sierra’s dashboard suddenly displayed an engine warning. Not knowing what was wrong—and with a 4-hour drive home ahead—we were in a bit of a panic. Jeff was amazing! He squeezed us in right away, even with our whole family (and dog) in tow. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and thankfully it turned out to be nothing serious. We’re so grateful for the prompt and friendly help. I highly recommend Garfield Auto—they truly went above and beyond!

I can’t recommend this auto repair shop enough. Geoff took incredible care of my family when we were out of town and my truck lit up with multiple service codes. After calling many shops with no luck, Geoff was the only one kind enough to squeeze us in at the last minute, making sure my truck was safe so we could get home without worry.

I just picked my vehicle up and am beyond happy with my experience. They called and kept me updated along the way. Had my vehicle fixed in just a day even though it was an unexpected drop off not on there schedule. Pricing was also fair! Will definitely recommend them to others and be a repeat customer.
