Garland went above and beyond for our family! We had some issues that left us stranded on the side of I 35 with a 15 hour drive ahead of us! Garland gave us great prices and even stayed over to get us back on the road quickly and with our vehicle problems resolved. They went out of their way in so many ways that made dealing with a break down less stressful. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs!

Garland transmission was so kind to us while we were getting a used car up and running. Our son was in basic training and they were very kind to wait until he had enough pay for us to allow him to take care of the bill, to put in a new engine, and fix whatever was wrong in the car. It’s running great and I am so glad they allowed us all the time we needed to help our son be responsible and get his car running. Rachel Henley scheduled my appointment, updated me after the problem was diagnosed, and told me how much the repairs would cost and when the work would be completed. The service was professional, friendly, and completed on time. I got my truck repaired at a fair price in a timely manner.

Very disappointed. Was concerned about my f150 transmission, noticed some seepage on garage floor so i took it to a transmission specialist. After looking at truck they said valve covers and fuel pump needed to be replaced. I told them I was getting an intermittent hesitation at cruising speed that didn’t seem to be engine related, more transmission. They insisted it was because of oil getting in the plugs. Didn’t make sense to me, but this is a transmission shop and I am not a mechanic so I proceeded after second call when someone answering phone said they’d check transmission fluid which didn’t happen. Truck hesitated as before on the way home. I went online using Chat gpt, it asked me several questions and identified problem as old transmission fluid causing torque converte
