Garrett's Auto Sales

I recently had needed to go and buy a new vehicle. I had bought through Garrett's before many years ago and had gotten wonderful service through them, so I decided to see what I could get. Im disabled, and it can be difficult for me to get in and out of vehicles. I called and spoke with a lovely guy. His name was Dillon. I get nervous going out in public because of my disability and so I called ahead to inquire about what they might have that would be good for me. Dillon was incredibly helpful. He made me feel safe, and heard, and was an absolute delight to work with. He already had a couple vehicles in mind when I got there. They're really nice and were able to finance me. Not too thrilled they spraypainted over rust under the car. Makes it harder to actually treat the rust with rust reformer or something similar. Fortunately its not severe. Whats bothering me more is the relentless calling and emailing from the financing company because the dealer failed to obtain a copy of my driver's license. Then when I provided it to the dealer, they (per the finance company) stopped responding to their request for the pictures I provided. Again, theyre very nice, and they worked with me to get me into a vehicle. I am appreciative of that. But it'd have been much better if they finished the paperwork and gave the finance company everything they were supposed to have vs me getting 6 calls and 3 emails in 48 hours.

Dylan is awesome to deal with. He worked extremely hard to find me a great car to get me into that would suit my needs, and a great deal as well. With me working insane hours he was willing to hold the vehicle I wanted and than life happened and I thought I was unable to get anything at all. At the end of the process I drive off with a wonderful reliable vehicle that isn't going to break my bank and I could not be happier with this experience.

Don’t really understand why Dylan(salesman) went through applications for a truck I did NOT want( green Tacoma) knowing I wanted another Tacoma. The white Toyota Tacoma that I went to view was used as a daily for the “step brother” as I was told. They would not do financing on said truck then tried to upsell others before financing went through. Car salesmen through and through…

Bought a car here not even a year ago within 6 months the wheel bearing and ball joint were bad (I don’t do any off roading or any long distance driving) AC had a leak when I bought it half my radio buttons don’t work. And now still not even a year later my exhaust completely rusted and broke off from the rear muffler behind the axle. Also the pulley for the belt went bad. I would not recommend buying from here.
