Garvey Kia Service Department

Stopped in because passing through had an issue with a tire. I walked into the service area, and the bald white guy was very rude upon my just entering and inquiring about a tire. I have new Kia and was hoping the tire was under warranty. He was very condescending and rude. I would never do business with this particular Kia dealership if this is how a woman in need is treated. I couldn't imagine what it would've been like had I been a black woman!! He didn't have my tire but had something else I could've purchased, but I took my money elsewhere even though the tire there still didn't match. Women beware and ho elsewhere!
