Absolutely phenomenal car dealership! I have been shopping for a car for a bit and this was the last stop before I gave up. My credit isn't the best and I only work part time. I had a decent amount to put down for a down payment but was still nervous after being turned down by so many other places. The moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcome, even though we got there kinda late. Georgy was outstanding, the whole staff was too. I had the worst experience with this dealership. They completely took advantage of me as a female customer and sold me a car that wasn’t even close to the value of the Jeep Cherokee I traded in. My previous vehicle was a fully loaded Limited Jeep Cherokee with features like automatic start, a power liftgate button for the trunk, an outlet inside the car, rims, tints, and much more. The car they gave me in return was a basic model with none of those features—no automatic start, no rims, no outlet, and I even have to close the trunk by hand. On top of that, they lost the key. I was pressured into trading in my car, and once it was gone, I couldn’t get it back.
