I came here to get a bumper replaced. They were reasonable and accommodating, kept my simple request simple. They happily did the work I requested without trying to upsell. It was refreshing to deal with a business that’s acting like real people

Truly amazed at the work Cliff and his fellow team members did!!! Was in a five car pile up, hit 3 different times, originally was sent to a car shop in penrose. They kept my vehicle for over a month. Did absolutely no work to it. And told me it would be December before getting my Toyota back. We decided to move to Gary Holders, and he had the entire vehicle fixed from front to back with in 3 weeks!!! He was true to his word, great customer service. And most definitely family oriented. My car looks better than what it did, driving it off the lot!! A 10/10 recommendation!

I requested four quotes from around Hendersonville. Gary Holder was half the estimate of one and a third of the price of another. The fourth never got back with me. Lynn, Coordinator Extraordinaire at Gary Holder, was super helpful. She went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process. I originally wasn't going to submit it to insurance and then changed my mind. Lynn had all of the documentation in order and sent it to me within minutes of my call. No "i"s were left undotted and no "t"s left uncrossed. My vehicle is back to perfect. Thanks!

They did an excellent job fixing up the trunk and roof on my 2006 Forester XT. It looks like new, they had to completely redo the trunk after I had a cheaper job done that was poor quality and bad orange peel. Good prices, excellent to work with, my new go to body shop.
