Very satisfied with the mechanical service. However, when I noticed my car was not in the garage and I was not notified that it was ready I went looking for it. I saw someone driving it into the driveway from the street, said she went to wash it. I still waited for someone to call me that my car was ready. Finally had to interrupt someone to finish the paperwork and leave. Usually I never had to wait. All in all, good service and friendly staff. I'll be back.

Shawn Cooper was very patient and kind. He worked very hard to make sure I understood everything that was being done to my car and kept in touch with me throughout the Process. The service department did a great job on my car.

We needed an oil change and tire rotation so we called for an appointment. They offered to come to the house and do the service at no additional charge. This was very convenient and they even arrived a few minutes early. The technician was thorough and fast. We didn't have to wait for hours in the waiting area. Great customer service highly recommended!!

We recently bought a new Ford Explorer Limited 2024 from Gary Yeomans Ford at Palm Bay. We traded in our Ford Explorer 2020 ST model. We wanted to trade into a more fuel efficient model. Ford Explorer cars are very comfortable! Nicholas Vargas was our sales associate. He is very friendly and professional and provides a lot of valuable information that was important for making our decisions to this purchase. Also, Jorge López was very attentive and provided lots of good recommendations.
