First time using Gary Yeomans. We are new to the area and needed an oil change. Service rep was good and salesman we asked questions was also good. We ran into a problem with a wheel lock that our dealership in Pa forgot to put back in the vehicle. I know the situation could have been handled better. This should have been a 5 star review. Had a chance to make us customers for life, now we are unsure.

Where do I start! I am so disappointed in Yeomans Lincoln Ford Dealership in Ocala Florida I really do not know what to think anymore I went there looking for help from a really bad experience with another dealership, “Southern Ford in Thomaston Ga I was told they “fudged” my numbers of my pay. I understand why now, the car was blue book valued at $22,000.00 but was sold to me for $32,000.00 I found out through Car Max that the car had been on the lot for a year (I was told one day) and Car Max also told me the car had been recked. That was never disclosed to me. That was the first time hearing that. I also told them I needed a vehicle with the payments between $400 to $500 I ended up paying $782.64 and being on disability I don’t bring in much more than that I really did not know the paym
