Gary’s Auto Body West is hands-down the best shop I’ve ever trusted with my car. Randy is the guy you want in your corner—knowledgeable, honest, and always incredibly helpful. Over the years, they’ve done everything from body work to a new clutch and AC repair on my car, and every time the service has been flawless. What really sets them apart is how reasonable and understanding they are. No upselling, no runaround—just quality work, fair pricing, and real customer care. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. From setting up the appointment to picking up my car, everything was executed perfectly. The team was personable, easy to talk to, and professional. Randy went out of his way to discuss repair options in detail and honestly. From breaking down the invoice (at very competitive pricing), reaching out for adjustments that needed to be made, and picking up my car…. The entire process was comfortable. The car was returned in “like new” condition in less than 48 hours and they even detailed the interior which I was surprised at and planned to do immediately upon leaving the shop. Five stars all around. They’ve earned my business for life and I’ll definitely be recommending future repairs here.
