Couldn't put less than 1 Literally had our car sitting there for 3 weeks and didnt get a single call, had to call them to get an update. On top of that I asked for multiple things to get looked at and only one of them was checked. Go to pick up my car and the window was left down .

I called and made an appointment to have my transmission rebuilt. I was told "it'll be about a month, I got 4 big jobs in front of you". I agreed and asked if I could go ahead and bring my truck to their shop early. After receiving permission I did. After about 3 weeks I called to check on things and was told again there were 5 big jobs in front of me and wouldn't explain why things hadn't progressed. A month later I heard the same garbage! If you didn't want my business, why didn't you just tell me!? I could've taken my truck somewhere else and been driving it by now!!! I'd describe Gary's Automotive as cowardice and unprofessional!!! I will never try to do business with them again!

Got tired paying in thousands for repairs with big dealership or brand names workshops. They fix one thing you drive off and another thing brakes. Gary's is honest, fast and cheap compared with the other ones. You pay third of the price you were quoted at the big name workshop. Got quoted $2600 at Midas for wheel bearing replacement at Gary's paid $600...2K savings for other repairs needed. Highly recommend Gary's Automotive.

I try to do most of the work on our cars but sometimes I'm limited by time, tools, or talent (let's be honest, I'm not a professional). Recently when I've hit limits I've gone to Gary's. The service has been great. There prices have been fair. The turnaround time has been outstanding. I definitely recommend checking this place out next time your vehicle needs work.
