1 star is being too generous. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. I made an appointment to drop my car off to get some minor brake work done on a Friday. Called three different times over the next 5 days to see if they had looked at it and every time they said they would check and call me right back and they never called back. Ever. Got fed up and just went in there and took my keys back. Car hadn’t moved from the spot I had parked in. What a joke. I don’t know Gary personally. Maybe he’s fine, but he needs to get some better employees. Total waste of time. Don’t go here.

I'd give TEN stars if I could! Gary is the absolute best and I plan to refer everyone I know to him and his awesome shop. He saved my weekend by offering to have my stop in and analyze why my check engine light came on since I was afraid to drive my car until I knew what was wrong and the soonest appt I could find anywhere was Monday. Well.. he did this AND then did internet research on why this particular code may be coming up for my Mazda. He found it, and if I'm getting this right it was a computer update basically that would be required to fix the problem and he did it right then and there. It took hours for the program to load but he was more than happy to stay late and do it, and I was more than happy to wait. Wow! This is what I call service. All is well and really friendly service

Took my uncle's car to Gary's to have a state inspection done before it was sold. Gary appears to be very hands-on himself since he wrote up my order and took the keys when I dropped it off. He even said he would stay a little later after the close for me to pick it up. The inspection went fine and it seemed to be very thorough. They even took care of the TPMS light that I couldn't get to go out no matter how I set the tire pressure. Would definitely take my car their for any service needs.

I have been taking my vehicles to Gary for years. I continue to go to him because he is always up front with with what work needs to be done and the prices. His mechanics to quality work and get it done right the first time. The shop is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. This tells me that they are organized and focused, not misplacing tools or parts. They put the same amount of care into the vehicles they work on as they do their shop.
