I was looking for an auto detailer for my car that had sat for over three years outside with the sunroof partially open because the motor died. Roland Garza responded to a message I sent for a quote. His response was very timely, pleasant and informative. He came to my house to give me a more personalized quote and to see what I meant when I told him it was real dirty on the inside. He gave me the quote and told me when he had an opening to do it. We set the date and he also informed me that he would pick it up. I thought that was fantastic! He also kept me informed throughout the whole process by texting me. Today was my cars spa day! Roland had it for almost the whole day. Amazing experience! Had my husband’s farm truck detailed inside recently and they picked it up from our house for a few hours while they worked on it, which was super convenient. This truck was disgusting. Encrusted mud, dog hair & dust EVERYWHERE. It was bad, and Rolando went above and beyond. I’ve literally never seen my husband’s truck so clean. Service was stellar and friendly, and we definitely recommend these guys.
