Absolutely the best place for all car maintenance. Fair pricing and I know when I leave that everything is taken care of, unlike another tire shop I went to (big mistake on my end going to that one instead of Garcia’s) when I had a bad flat tire, had to get a new one and specifically asked if the rest of my tires were checked and was told yes and the next day when I drove my car, I had to stop at a gas station bc my car gave me tire alerts and ALL but the new one I had bought was LOW. Never going there again. Garcias is a LITTLE further from my house but at least I know all issues are resolved and I don’t have to worry again

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent repair services provided by your business. My vehicle required a gas pump replacement. Despite the initial repair attempt, the original issue persisted, necessitating a return visit. After the second appointment for the same problem, the issue remained unresolved. The recurring nature of this malfunction is a significant inconvenience.Which I find unacceptable given that the core problem was not rectified during the initial or subsequent visits. I have returned my vehicle for a third time for your team to address this issue correctly. I request that the repair be completed rite. Furthermore, I was charged for labor on the my third occasions. Won't be coming back here.

I went to Garza Tire Shop in Winton for an alignment and to ask about purchasing used tires. After being told my struts were off, I asked for pricing on tires only. The staff member became unprofessional and had me wait over 40 minutes, then never confirmed whether the tires were available. When I said I just wanted to know if I should come back or call ahead, she became upset and tried to charge a $50 fee that was never disclosed, despite barely looking at the car. The older lady working front reception was also very unprofessional and laughed at her coworkers behavior towards me. When I questioned it, she snatched the paperwork from my hand and told me to leave. I remained polite throughout. There was also arguing between staff in front of customers when I first arrived. Honestly place was nice to be at, at first of course. Then I took my car in to get a wheel bearing switched out and get my cars wheels aligned. Took them 5.5 hours to do a single wheel bearing and got frustrated and rude with me when I questioned it, and then tried to double back on the rudeness. Pricing is alright and the owner is amazing, some staff workers are not nice though he warned.

If I could rate this a zero star I would. I went there to have my tires replaced with the new ones I bought. Since I was only getting charged labor they said they'd do it for $40(under the table no receipt) and figured I was getting a good deal. But would I come to regret this decision. No later than 48hrs after this was done, I was drive down the road at approximately 15mph when my front right wheel fell off. This caused the front passenger side inner wall, brake rotor, and wheel threads to be completely destroyed. I ended up stranded until the tow truck was able to tow me back home. Once I got home the tow truck driver showed me that they over-torqued my lug nuts which caused my wheel to fall off. I was lucky to be alive since all it took was a simple tap with your foot to pop another lu
